 How can you make Friday any worse?

1 case needs to wait for your text in the group chat to decide if I can go ahead to do review charting.

2 cases need to discuss with you after review charting.

Everything has to go through you.

Why do you have to micro-manage to this level?

If you have doubts in your subordinate’s ability, don’t pass the cases, keep the patients to yourself. 

If you have no time for the patients, work more hours.

Why are you exploiting your staff? I did all the hard work and you come in to claim all the credits. 

Overseeing does not needs to equate to micro-management. 

You are not giving me autonomy to do what I think is right. Disparity in clinical judgement? Trust issues? Insecurity that I take things in my own hands? Exerting your power over me? Threatened?
