05-05-13' Collagen the culprit?
My colleague told me she was suspecting that by taking collagen, it makes you put on weight. Not scientifically proven, since no collagen manufacturing would want to put their heads on the chopping board, but one could relate the compound of fats and collagen as similar with the difference likely to be the structuring of cells.
I can't helped but pinning my recent chubby looks on that especially after she mentioned.
My manager has been taking collagen for years. She has perfect complexion, giving credits to being an avid SK-II fan as well. She restricts her diet to no carbohydrate after 6pm. She's gorgeous and could see no signs of being a mother of 2. I was emulating after her to get her complexion but I might be missing cue on putting on weight. She does has a little of baby fats which makes her looks younger. The fats on me are elderly fats and I am aging older than I am.
It has been close to a year since I've been taking that supplement. And I'm wearing it off now. Hopefully the complex 'fats' cells will normalise again. Running 4km everyday for 4 days with a lighter diet and no change in weight makes me worried. It could be medical history next.
