16-04-13' Holiday!

An overseas trip, finally!

Booked air tickets to Taiwan for my mom, dad, Calvin and I. Hope Jetstar is good! The expectations of a budget airlines falls short so far, with the exclusion of baggage, meals, in-flight entertainment and even the SMS itinerary carries a charge of $1.29. It amuses me how these were taken for granted so easily. I'm getting a pair of tickets at $560 with Jetstar, compared to $609 for ONE ticket of SQ. No, I'm not flying by Scoot with the massive flight cancellation issues they have and brewing badly in online forums. It brings shame to the parent company, sigh.

Life constrains you in certain ways, making you like a puppet in society. It shapes you go conform to the social roles or face social consequences. I'm cutting off the strings- I'm going to be unemployed. Though the consequences are going to hit me hard, a tight slap of reality on my face, I reckon the need for a break badly.

I was happily thinking what I was going to do. And LASIK came into mind. What a thought!
