I must say I am pretty much affected by work. Things aren't going well, again. Why do people have to make another person's life difficult? If by speaking up will help in alleviating the situation, by all means go ahead. If no, then why sneak around and report on the sly? Bring it onto the table before snaking to the top. I'm awfully disgusted.
