sculpt yourself
'its much easier to maintain than to overhaul as we get older. when it's all said and done, you need to come to terms with some of what makes you YOU. once you figured that ut, a dress size is just a number; its not a reflection of your worth or your lovability. if you can't accept the way you are, you're facing constant misery and wishing your life away. no one is perfect. learn to accentuate your good points and to camouflaged the not-so-good. love yourself for who and what you are, and others will, too.'

kiss the frog
'don't settle for someone who doesn't knock your socks off. if he's not right for you, make a clean getaway and allow yourself to move on with no strings attached. hold out for the prince, because you're worth the wait.'

Go to a movie alone
'it can be a decadent way to spend an afternoon alone. just duck into a cinema on the spur of moment. the best part is that you can sit wherever you want, have the popcorn and milk dubs all to yourself, and if you don't like the movie, you can get up and leave without discussion. on your way out, duck into another theater and see if you like that film better. just be sneaky and avoid the ushers.'
