IQ, EQ, VQ & AQ
IQ & EQ we heard b4. wat about AQ & VQ?
they are:
AQ - Adversity Quotient -ability to overcome the challenges and difficulties, big and small, that confront us each day.
VQ - Value Quotient - stick to a set of moral values, have an idea to differentiate the right from the wrong.

i guess as dental therapists / hygienists, we must have high in all 'Q's.
IQ - to be able to make sense of Dr Yong's preaching
EQ - to able to control our emotions and 'act' appropriately even infront of FON patients.
AQ - to able to stay calm even after pulp exposure or giving xylocaine to high blood patients.
VQ - needless to say, our ETHICS. 'law by law'
