its 8.05 now. the time when u'll see me online just like any day of this week. in fact u can see almost my whole class online. a whole list of them. hees. but we arent having any computer class today so why am i here at this time when i can happily crawl up late!? the ans = stomachache. after giving myself a free basic DIY E&D (caters to the anterior teeth only), i found a dark spot hovers the mes of 22. initial demineralisation. retribution for not flossing daily. :( so i just grabbed my toothpaste and apply on the tooth surface. no topical fluoride at home so might as well make use of the available resource. minutes after that i had a stomachache. could it be due to the fluoride - the effect of ingesting (quite a bit) before meal? hahas. come to think of it, we do take in a lil fluoride when we're brushing in the day. first thing in the morning so that shouldnt be the cause. perhaps i'm just paranoid and demonstrate regression here - attribute the cause to another source.
