27-09-05` COCKROACH gulf war!!

went for my run at night (too guilty for having bak-kut, hazelnut walfer for dinner; heavy lunch in school) after missing for 2 nights, coz part of the track was having re-cementing. it feels weird to run till the road block and goes another way round. the new track, instead of the usual red rough ground, they're putting another layer of purplish paint or sort thingy which makes it rather smooth now. under the reflection of the lamp posts, it looks like it'd just rained! so after taking a few steps i'll look up into the sky thinking whether its gonna rain or had it actually rained before. silly isnt it?

oh ya, the main story now. when i was making my way back home, a bug fall right onto the top of my head! ARRRRRHH! can feel the pressure it landed. i tried shaking it off, even went to the extent of taking steps up so as to let the bug had a longer time to make its escape route. BUT NO!! when i got home and change out, it flew right onto the back of my hand! YUCKIE!! as a reflex action, i shoved my hand off and its now in my house. my room. its a COCKROACH. GOD. i kept spraying pesticides to the 'highly suspected' areas and dim corners which roaches love. the thought that i cant study with peace, gotta the constant fear it might pop out of no where while i'm studying simply freaks me out. so during each commercial breaks, i'll go into my room, see see whether everything's alright, (as if tot it'll leave its footprint upon its 'departure') spray pesticides again..

FINALLY at 10, when i went online.. a tiny whiny shadow moved swiftly across my room. though i was scared out of my wits, i grabbed the can of pesticide and charged after it. picture it like the person holding a football and everyone charge towards the person in 'the longest yard'. lols. i sprayed intermittently at it for abt.. 1-2 mins before i convinced myself it'd gone into a coma and probably dead. luckily she helped me remove the buggy and it all ends with a happy ending. phew!
