hees, gotta a compliment from mrs quek rgd my cavity preps. its soooooo RARE! esp frm her! she said i had improved, last time my preps dunno looks like what =/ gulpppp! and i reminds her of kelly pang jia li. hmms? but there's so much to improve on, just hope complienacy doesnt get the better of me. *crossing my fingers tight
had a big ucler when i was drinking my packet strawberry milk frm a straw. thats a BIG cut. few days later the area becomes red and the papillae - gone. painful! dr hema says that bonjela helps (though ur immune response determines the healing process) so here i have the tube of bonjela with me. guess it heals a little by the time i applied it on so it didnt hurts as much as she describe. whew!
oeps. i had 3 harshbrowns at night. blow off my plans. boom! so much for enduring by having milo in the morning, blahs. i need to work harder! CONDITIONING!
