REVL Perform Lower

My second leg session and I’m feeling jelly at my legs again after class. Shouldn’t be as bad as the first. Took 3 days to recover previously. 

Have to constantly remind myself it’s okay not to lift heavy. It corresponds to body weight and experience into lifting. The hip thrust and Romanian deadlifts, sigh.
