COVID19 positive

 4/2 Friday: itchy throat, fatigue. Did REVL Perform upper and Move Lower, followed by Muay Thai. Went to work.

5/2, Sat: REVL SWEAT team. Fatigue and shortness of breath. Momentarily blackout for 1-2 secs. Cabbed to nex and seen GP. In clinic ART negative, coincides with morning negative ART. Stated to do ART in 4 days, Tues. Slept the whole day off. Heavy body, liken the effects of second day post Moderna. 

6/2, Sun: sore throat, cough, muscle aches and headaches. Slept the day through. ART negative

7/2, Mon: Positive ART. Sore throat, cough; lesser muscle aches and headaches. 

8/2, Tues: Second day of Positive ART. Sore throat; lesser cough, muscle aches and headaches. Received SMS from MOH to collect ART kits from vending machines and input particulars of close contacts
