20-03-15' runners' knee

I have abused my knee badly. True to what TW says, I have been working my body too hard and it has taken its toll on my knee. I can't run or climb the stairs without feeling the pain on my right knee.

 A quick look up on the Internet and I self diagnose to have runners' knee. The thoughts of giving up jogging led me to despair. I rested for a day but stubbornly returned to gym the next day. This time, going for short but faster paced jog on the treadmill as advised. I supposed my stamina is okay now so let's work on speed and at the same time reduce the fatigue from long distance/time. I just hope I can catch my breath cos recent news of healthy persons died while exercising has been daunting :/

18-03-15' 1 week to korea

It'll be less than one week to Korea. I have only done the framework for the itinerary, mainly to separate the days to visit the different prefectures. The plans for daily activities are not ready. I feel so unprepared, a sense of disappointment in myself. 

This might ends up as a single trip and a whole new adventure. It was what I had in mind for June/July vacation. But it came earlier than I thought. It's a good time to be independent; spread my wings and fly away.

13-03-15' iPhone 6

Changed my phone to iPhone 6. We spent a good 3.5 hrs in the m1 store; we were told the delay was due to a change in system. Though the hello kitty theme wallpaper and loads of ID photos of others might have contributed to the lag. 

Phone is cool. With a capacity 4 times my previous phone, I don't have to keep deleting pictures before the taking new photos.

08-03-15' weight check

I'm an eye sore at the dining table. Squeezing oil from food is disgusting. I'd have shook my head in disapproval if I were to see this and condemn this person. But I have an amazing group of friends who doesn't and I'm so lucky. 

4kg down. I'm not sure which month when I enforced on the regime. Though I signed up in oct for gym, I only actively go from Jan this year. The weight fluctuations are as drastic as the stock exchange when I started gyming last year. Rest assure that I will eat normally again when my weight stabilizes again.

03-03-15' weight check

Its coming to an end for the cny festive. The number of Ang bao collected was better than I thought, and they're predominately from Calvin's relatives. Food wise, the cny goodies still sitting in a corner of my house. I ate normally for the first 3 days due to reunion dinners with the respective groups of family. Thereafter, back to my plain diet, Yong tau foo becomes my best friend during lunch and dinner times. It was hard to start and harder to continue. I've dropped 3kg; still a long way to go to fit into my hollister jeans. I figured I have to shed another 3-5kg. 

For these 2 weeks, it has been work, school and gym. The tiredness have shown, mentally and physically. Im trying hard to contain it. Let's work hard! And play harder when I'm in S.korea!
