What’s wrong with the patients?
It started with one cancelling her appt, twice in a month in fact. Requested for weekend. If she were to fail on me, while I made myself available just for her, I’m gonna blow. Informed that we will only take her as walk-in or same day appt after she failed 3 appts. Fair game, I thought.
Afternoon patient cancelled too - overseas. Travel plans can be impromptu but be nice and inform the clinic ahead, please.
Evening patient said MAY or MAY NOT come while the staff were confirming. In that case, we should have told her to reschedule since she is not certain if she is coming. It’s like standing in front of the toilet door and thinking whether you want to shit or not while the whole kampong is queuing behind you.
