30-04-07` exam over!

these last few days had been an agony.

perhaps i'm not able to let it go, or rather take it well that he's letting go that well.

the wound is recovering. if u were to mention abt this issue a few days back, i would have cried or at least gone half teary, now i believe i can handle it better.

i will try to preoccupied myself with a jobbie, which i am zealously looking for one now, in the month of may before i embark on my working career as a 'dental nurse'.

i will be able to survive. being independent again.

from secondary school, i'm used to have someone to msg, to pour my woes, spread my lame jokes, jalan jalan. yes, this habit will have to change. and i have identified my pillars. its my friends. they have stood by me. the last post had gathered 4 comments which is a huge surprise to me cos i understand that its not easy to post a comment using the blogger system.

coincident it may be, the 2 year pact made in my year 1, made me felt alot better. all is not lost?

finally my exam is over! after much long wait. HEES! Dr mok had been really nice to us with that paper.

explored amk hub with joyce, pq, mary, tww, thm.

my first meal at the pepper lunch. its a blessing that we have a pro, mary, to guide us into tapanyaki-ing, but the amount of honey sauce she added to my share was like.. ALOT! it hit my panic button hard because besides being my first pepper lunch, the rice turned brown. lol. however, it tasted nice. :)

after pq, tww, mary, hm left. me and joyce went to try out the manicure at the nail palace! as vowed by the dental therapist 'this is the only month we can play something on our nails, lets do it!'. i tried the express manicure while joyce had the classic manicure. the effects of hers are nicer of cos, with all the cuticles gone and smooth..! O.P.I polishing quality looks really good! shall spree the next time.

25-04-07` emo

emo.

all these had to come, bundled up like a package.
assignments by hema to be in by the exam day
student conference presentation which hpb supervisors will be attending
my last paper. clinical management
and for those who are concerned, i am back to singlehood.

habits die hard. especially being used to have someone else around for the last 2 - 3 years. it is the most imprinted relationship. memories are built on time basis. items or venues are triggering factors. at least i would not take a theme ride for some time.

no doubts i had been holed at home and cry my heart out. hack with the assignments, exam. i cannot concentrate at all.

11-04-07`

an excuse of being late - 'my world does not revolve around you'. how apt is this phrase to all earthlings.

my last COD day. semi-deaf sydrome. i cant detect the ringings from the phone!

Had a feeling that all these is going to end. no more classmates, lunching, gossiping, dental assisting (erms.. yay?). i hate this feeling!

counting down to clinicals. no more showing up to supervisors! lets address them as 'siew tee', 'margaret'. hohoho!

05-04-07` oral viva

oral viva (grilling session):

had a bad cold yesterday. running nose under the mask, burning throat.

and today have to 'talk' to the DH TRIOS.

eeuhhhs.

missing the magic words again.

Qtn: how do you arrive to the diagnosis?
Ans: probing depths. i forgot entirely abt the gingival colour contour consistency. BOOS!

Qtn: what is gingiva apparatus?
Ans: After much PROMPTING, to the extent of Dr koh has to ask Dr ong to take the sensodyne chart for me and point directly at the free gingiva tissue. guess what? the answer is 'connective tissues'. i have a 'this-is-SO-LAME' feeling. haha

Qtn: for patients undergone DXT, where is he most subsceptible to caries?
Ans: smooth surfaces. the interproximal? NO its the CERVICAL.

my session was short, probably they were frustrated and exhausted with all the promptings and wrong ans. lolx
