JING - finally a companion to watch 'silk'!
it was pouring heavily like those rare thunderstorms u see once or twice annually. so considering that we're wearing WHITE tees, we went to Gionardo to equip ourselves with an umbrella. rainy days are the best to buy umbrellas (they're going off at 1/2 price, hees). we got the same colour, light pastal green. this again proven telepathy does works between your best friend and you. the freaky thing was this - just as we were happily ready to combat the rain with our newly purchased brolly, it literally STOPPED dripping water from the sky. how fascinating the weather changes. but apt it is to the description of females mood swings. i am truely amazed and amused.
2 teens walking around the street in tees and shorts plus unwrapped long wooden umbrella (that very much shown that we obviously bought them becos of our misjudged defination of rain)certainly caught the attention of passer-bys.
arhs, but the main thing was that we went to watch the movie 'silk'. its satisfying to me. well, i am easily contented. lols. at least the movie left a certain impact on us. through the 1 hour plus, it made us shut our eyes intermittenly during those 'you-know-its-the-scary-part' moments and squrim to either side of our seat. jing steered towards her left neighbour thats me and i turned towards the empty seat on my left. when people ard you exclaimed what will happen next is really an excitement drencher. BOOS!
anyway, i'm proud to say we're good warriors in fighting against tearing!
its like a peicai annual dinner and movie night. we saw lots of ex-peicaians in cathy cine! one of the couples who is in the same theatre, bears the same name as me, hees, as well as the same cca! all the couples makes us appears to be like lesbians. lols
it had been a great day, thanks dude for your company!

23-10-06` 2 wks break!

today marks the official start of DT0401 2 weeks break! these 14 days were supposed to be the preparation of exams. well, but we have NO EXAMS this semester! hooooooray! i simply cant imagine how today would turn out to be if there are papers to sit for. cooping in my room, panic stricken, munching on notes and increasing my eye's degree. as comparison, i am watching vcds, surfing aimlessly through online shops, blogs, waiting for people to msg me, chewing junk food and watching myself grow horizontally as hours past in amazement (okay, thats exaggerating). its freaky to know that i've unconsiously on-ing and off-ing my com at least 10 times in the past 6 hours. i realised that too much oxygen will get you suffocated too. eeeeuuuuuhhhs~

i'm programmed to sit infront of the tv at destinated time. a potato, uh no, chocolate couch!

but spending time to think of how to pass my competencies will be far too demoralising eh.

someone pls ask me out, pretty pls? :)

13-10-06` went suntec with hky, lpq. our usual hangout. the place where our pockets will went dry. lpq - capsules, hky - arcade, me - misc. dined at 'fish and co' as we vowed to have a good treat tgt after the 12th of every month. becos joyce was hyper PISSED off with the attitude of the waiter for not showing us the way, the rest of the meal turns a lil sour. hahas. bad atmosphere. plus her cheesy fish and chips was swopped unknowningly with mine the normal one, which adds to fuel to her FIRE. i can see the fireball in her eyes. all ready to fill up a feedback form. lols.

despite the warning joke my friend had sent that its friday the 13th, i ignored it completely. its such a MISTAKE. 3 suay things follows immediately.
1) i hit my head real hard while picking up one of the papillio sandles. that kind of 'BANG' audioable from outside the shop.
2) i dropped my coin due to my carelessness to zip my pouchie. and it rolled under a push cart and went MIA.
3) i got a 20 cents coin instead of a $1 when changing money at the arcade. only came to know abt it when my coin got rejected in the machine.

according to lpq (from her mom), if a person encountered 3 tough luck, good luck shall follows. yupps, 1/2 of joyce's cheesy fish and chips went to my tummy becos the captain serving mistake! folklores do have a certain power ehs?

watched '宫 野蛮王妃' on local tv times. in the limited korean dramas that gets me hooked on. its kinda addictive.. then the craze start! - i begin to pick up the shanghai dvd of it that had been left stranded for at least a month's time in my room from the courtsey of my bro-in-law. at times i'm lazy to watch until the urge strikes. esp when i've start on a few episodes. since its not orig, the quality is poor, few scenes muted.
record breaking on the 2nd day - from 10am - 2am. (19 hours nonstop) literally peeling my eyes on the screen. HEAVY and BLACK eyebags. i nearly scare myself to death when i see my reflections in the mirror.
used up the remaining 1/2 box of my kleenex tissues.
the images still hogging up in my mind. the after-effects of dramas. i'll go ga-ga over it for quite a while, dudes pls excuse me!

07-10-06` lantern festiva!

29-09-06 presented my fyp ppt. the project we worked on for a sem is finally coming to an end. a big 'PHEW!~' load off your chest is the ideal pharse to describe it.

what comes next is the personal reflections. i deem it as a piece of crapppp simply becos we have to brag what we've done, even to the extent of lying through your teeth. blahs!

health pysho test is the last barrier. after which.. holy-mood! (despite of the clinicals and write-ups)

highlighted my hair at shunji matsuo. aka I*CON at wisma. fabian - as recommendated by my dear jing. the difference is that its a training acadamy attended by trainees instead of the high end salon by professionals. well, someday they gonna be professionals too. and by then you'll have to pay them at least 100 bucks for them to move their scissors. i have to sign the consent before the treatment starts. it truely reminds me that we're in the 'same boat'. having to ask clients to sign consent, and work under tight scrutiny.

to avoid being hound by dr hema, i cant have it too bright, especially for the fact that i wanted to do red colour which is already considered an extreme 'no-no' for her.

so here it is on my hair, copper red that blends well into the remaining shades. it blended 'very well' that it is camoflaged.

i swear i will have the strips of red that undergone bleaching.. in dec. after clinicals, when it is off the sight of the 'officals'.

watched 'rob-b-hood' with tuck wei, suan, ben, joe, ying, miao and jing. it might be the haze or the workload in the day that made us a lil inactive. i guess 5 / 8 of us cried. hey, but dont get me wrong, i'm not in the 5. haas. POW! tremendous improvement for a movie-sure-cry-baby. if you need show to cheer u up, this is the movie. its worth the $9.50 to buy 2 hours + of happiness.

customised by my body clock, i cant manage to keep my eyes open after 11. had to dampen the others spirit of admiring the full moon. the lantern festival! how often do u have that chance to do that with loads of your friends? a tiny regret but i have to be responsible for my patient on sat morning.

and if i'd known that my patient wont turn up, i would have go ahead with them! ^*&%$*%&#@$^#@!
