30-01-06` cny day 2

intent to stay vigil on new year eve. there's a myth that if u stay up late, its a blessing of longevity for your parents. i was sleepy before the reunion dinner at my grandma house. i was sleepier after dinner. i was almost dozing off while counting down. so to keep myself awake, i used my ultimate weapon - watch joyce's vcd "stitch the movie". i manage to stay awake for 3/4 of the show until.. yea, i was knocked out during the last 15mins. it was the ending tune (hawaiian song with stitch glitches) that woke me up and off my com. blehs, i blew it!

had been slping at home, munching on tibits, crackers, sweets, whatever that seems edible, i'll pop it into my mouth. now the weighing scale looks threatening to me or rather the figures.
didnt went visiting much. only evenings of eve and day one to my grandma house. hahas, 3 ang baos that is it. perhaps people think that u're above 18, or look mature enough, so they stop giving. oh well..

i just wish for more hols.

28-01-06` cny

this post is a tribute to ah tan. the first thing she said to me on msn was 'UPDATE'. that jolted me how long i left this blog stranded. i went online everyday to do my regular stuff (inbox, neopets) but i was lazy to blog, recollect what had happened though some big and small things did occur.
today's cny eve. a day most oral therapy year 2 trainees had been waiting for. good food, good rest and easy money! wahaha!! the four day hols is just what we needed - BADLY.
went to get a thumbdrive with pq n joyce ytd at sim lim, though we found some other 'ja-bah-lan' brand in school. they'll selling at 42 which is quite tempting while the cheapest u can find in sim lim for the exact same size storage for 45. we decided on the latter becoz we felt better assurance with the brand (same one as the floppy disk company).
collected the levi's receipt to change my jeans. thats the only additional new item added to my wardrobe despite cny. oh mamamia, hui ping sis does looks like hui ping. its that kind u can recognise its her when u look around the shop. aura maybe?
trying on the 27" jeans felt a lil loose. that sets me worried how much it'll expand further after washing. from what i heard the last time. abt 25%. oh no! well.. a loose fitting is better than the tight fitting because u'll still wear the loose one though it looks eek but the tight one u'd rather not wear it after a few times and chuck it aside. the auntie spirit guided me to make the choice so.. abas!
i neeed to seriously clean up my room. its like a pig sty now and i'm like a pig now. gonna watch my diet these days too if not i might need a 28" jeans!

gotta mysterious diverted calls on friday the 13th. so happened that there's early dismissal, joyce suggested we make a police report. POLICE REPORT! we were half jokingly abt the matter but since we're free, why not. 'fate'? hahas, its like an excursion. an impulsive one. the police wont investigate into such trival stuff but he gave some suggestions to ban the numbers. after the conversation with the policeman, we came to a conclusion - he needs SAP. wahaha! all of us were staring hard at the stains on the buccal of the lower anterior instead of listening at what he said. it was pq who said it first and then we went 'OH YA!!!'

had been treating patients all along. lost my magic touch. cant seem to do anything right, esp scaling. its demoralising to see how much plaque the supervisors 'scooped' up while checking. perhaps i miss yusri too much that i became negligent.

heaps and heaps of projects piling up. OMG OMG OMG.

09-01-06` PART II

met up with jing, ying at city hall train station. me and jing was wearing the very same shirt frm top shop! just that hers is orange; mine black. heard that miao gotta a teal one! wahahah!!

the boy were early. RARE siahz. coz they wanna catch S.H.E at marina sq. hahas!
suan went to marina 'bay' instead of 'sq'. he had to take another train frm bay back to city hall then walk frm raffles place to marina sq but on his way he got lost again, walk back to raffles, then walk back to marina sq. lols! alone by himself! how brave!

had dinner at the cafe cartel instead of hans. think its not big enough to cater to 7 ppl esp when we were told to wait by a waitress unwillingly. in cartel, after the debate by joe n suan abt how to write the orders (whats under the main course, ala carte), we finally gotta some food. well, frm the i know, the girls were starving! jing had macroni, me had teriyyaki chic with a lil serving of noodles, ying, joe, ben had fish 'n' chips. tuck wei n suan had the pork rib - BIG siahz! can try next time. yum yum! =P the guys also ordered a sidedish which was merciless attacked by the girls who didnt pay at all.

we played arcade. omg~ the guys are pro in daytona! all used manual and joe even got the 2nd play when he play the advance/ expert track!
the guys had pool, hees, glad that xuelin manage to join us then!
jing and ying got me a pair of shorts frm far east and a D.I.Y card. hees, its the 'love-at-first-sight' kind. really must say they understand me! a new item in my wardrobe! yeahhhs! its made of jeans material with dark green cloth belt decorated with light green flower motifs. the cutting is made such that the contour of the legs will be seen that means tight at the bottom! hahas. according to jing, its meant for tall and slim girls - a wrong statement for me; i'm expanding! i gonna slim down somehow or somewhat so ever.
love the card! there's these lil cartoon animals we used to buy to represent us.. 3 yrs back? and jing actually drew them out! its really really nice! her ART is whaos!
tuckwei they all got for me quite alot of stuff. hahas, till it resembles a goodie bag. a doggie plush, green furry pouch with a big dice keychain and a doorknob sign (what i wanted to get). its when i got hm that i realise there's more in the furry pouch! bet its hard to consolidate all this things tgt. there's cards as well frm joe and tuck wei. joe handwriting is so nice!! tuckwei 's had alot of stickers in it including spongebob. he printed our picture out (the one we took tgt on xmas). i was sooo touched! aww~

this had been a fab birthday for me. its amazing what friends can and will do for u. its heartening to know they'll go that extra mile to get u to smile; truly valued u. uhs, i'm not promoting calsberg - hao you man tian xia. but still gotta say to all peeps.. THANKIES!

09-01-06` ling's birthday! WHIP CREAM

yuppie! its me birthday again! (yea, after one whole yr) hehes, gotta wishes from jj (the most punctual. on the dot time 0000), lor mee, jay, ying, hue min, ben (he called while i was replying others and an unknown number came flashing. panicky i pressed the cut button worried that i accidentally called that unknown number while typing msg. pengs!), jing, suan jie, ang weiwei, peiqi. hehes, initially tot that no one would remember that, perhaps this shows that writting it as msn nicks works. haas! "turning 19 on 9th"

wasnt really looking forward to this year's birthday. was bit of 'huh huh, its another yr' didnt think much of the presents and fun. until ppl starts sending in their sms-es. it makes the difference! a whole lot.

went to sch and bump to joyce and peiqi outside the LT theatre. they met eariler behind my back with bags and bags of so called 'garbage' in their hands. surely something is up their sleeves! okay, so joyce proclaimed that in case i'm wondering, those bags had nothing to do with me. yar right, how true it is. lols!
took a peek at the msg tan weiwei passed to joyce and i saw these fatal words 'whipped cream'. instantly i gave out an 'uh-oh~'.
it was after our lunch when we pump up enough energy to play. miss TAN WEIWEI who sat next to me SPRAYED WHIPPED CREAM on me. DIRECT HIT, 3 HIT combo! ARRR! fancy become a 1/2 snowman in mac. gosh! i tried bua-ing the whip cream back on her, so she got a lil too. wahaha! frm mac to K513 we struggled hard for who's holding the whip cream can, until she sneaked an attack while i'm in the toilet cubicle. joyce squeezed her 100% apple juice frm the top and weiwei tackle me with the whip cream when i got out of the cubicle. IT WAS DISASTROUS. yar, thats how i reeked of stinky butter smell that resembles rotten egg white exposed to air for too long.
we got the destroyers - joyce, tan weiwei as well as the helpers - peiqi, yuanqi, ying beng who cleared up the mess we left behind after all the fighting. oeppies! i'm truly guilty for the mess
Round 2 starts when hema declared a break b/w preventive and special needs. we started on the cake. hees, took photos of it and video of the process of candle lighting ceremony. loves them to bits. weiwei continued her whip cream fight and while i was kindly clearing up the mess on the flr joyce smash a cake on me frm the left side! HIT ON! it got me whole of my left cheek.

divided the cake for dr hema, mdm soh, dr raj n dr kelvin. we added an extra chocolate flower - hoping to boost his 'tao hua yun' in this year. lols! how creative n thoughtful are we!
raj look at me n said"u look disastrous! 19 is still okay, but please, if u reach 20, dont do this anymore." hahas, for plain simple reason that i look like a drenched soul frm rains and snows. dr kelvin almost jumped out of his seat, guess we must had scare the hell out of him. and he refuses to shook my hand. until he covered his palm with tissue paper. -_-"

learnt my lesson - be careful what u wish for. my request of 'pls sabo me' was granted.
Thanks peiqi joyce for planning including the scissors-paper-stone-challenge before getting the presents. simply loves the digital weighing scale, puma shirt and the cigarette, beer shaped correction tape; thanks tan weiwei, mary, yb, yq for the cake n making it such a funky b'day! its fab! =)

was stuck in b/w going reds or doreen for perm. gotta 25% coupon for reds frm singtel birthday treats. doreen called me on fri for sat appt so i guess might as well go ahead. its not what i want but well.. no choice. maybe feb then go for reds since the promotion is extended frm month of birthday to the next.

01-01-05` new yr

didnt go for any countdown in the end. spend my last minutes of 05 and first minutes of 06 in my room. downtown east is a lil too far n crowded, and i'll be pek chek-ing. haas. plus my parents hammering down on me, though through indirect ways, i pull out frm the plans. felt esp guilty when the organiser herself didnt turn up. sorries.

watched 'a chinese tall story'. as suggested by jing, its lame, funny. to me, touching too. well.. the only movie that didnt either moves or tickles me to tears was.. for those who havent heard of my this old gramma story, give it a guess. but i managed to control the flow of my tears compared to the girl beside me. wahaha, finally a sense of achievement. the moral of the story actually teaches us the love theory- true love may means sacrifies without hoping anything in return;cherish the chances u have, for it may nv return. it goes quite in depth if u can understand it through and through. this story reminds me of someone.. :x

got a new pair of black shoes for attachment. for the start of a new year. intent to get a new bag too but cant decide on the colours of the strawbag so in the fit of fustration, i just gave up thinking.

7th jan going for my perm. didnt expect its this sat. my hair length is still dots. oh my..
